The world has never been more connected and yet people feel more isolated than ever. Loneliness is rising, communication skills are declining, leaders are exhausted and parents feel stretched. Teams are trying to hold everything together without the tools they need.
Our work exists to reconnect people to themselves and to each other. Leadership is no longer about titles. It is about how we speak, how we listen and how we show up when it matters.

meet kayla fernance..
Kayla has spent 14+ years across child protection and youth mental health, holding people through grief, trauma, escalation and breakdown, then leading the teams doing that work. She managed a youth mental health service and led a full operational turnaround after seven years of missed KPIs, built a proactive on call support model that reduced burnout, designed organisation wide leadership mentoring programs and co founded a law firm during maternity leave.
She founded The Rogue Edit after seeing the impact therapeutic leadership can have on individuals, teams, families and whole industries. Her practice blends formal training with lived experience: independent at 14, the crisis responder and mediator long before it was a job, and a leader who walked away from toxic culture rather than sell her values. What she teaches is resilience, regulation and emotional clarity that was earned, not just learned.
Today she partners with leaders, parents, founders and teams across NGO, education, community and corporate sectors to build real skills for real life.
